(Reuters) - Australian tennis player Nick Kyrgios said the lawsuit filed by the Professional Tennis Players' Association (PTPA) against the sport's governing bodies marks a 'special moment' and that it was high time the players' voices were heard.

BEIJING: A former Chinese engineer has been sentenced to death for leaking state secrets to a foreign power, Beijing's spy agency said Wednesday .

Before leaving, however, he"secretly copied and retained a large quantity of classified materials he had handled, intending to use them later for retaliation or blackmail against his superiors", it added.Liu accumulated heavy debt after failed investments and"turned his attention to the classified materials in his possession, giving rise to treasonous thoughts of selling intelligence", it said.

"Over a period of six months, he covertly travelled through multiple countries, severely compromising China's national secrets."No details were given about when he would be executed. Beijing's highly secretive Ministry of State Security has also taken to sharing news of its findings on social media.
