Media China menyiarkan sebuah video merakamkan askar bersenjata dan trak bergerak ke sempadan Hong Kong dengan menyifatkannya sebagai rutin giliran pasukan garison di bandar separa autonomi itu.
“Garison Hong Kong Tentera Pembebasan Rakyat China pagi ini melengkapkan giliran ke-22 sejak ia mula ditempatkan di Hong Kong pada 1997. “Sebelum datang, kami mempelajari situasi Hong Kong dan kami meningkatkan latihan bagi memastikan dapat memenuhi tanggungjawab pertahanan kami,” kata Pegawai PLA, Leftenan Kolonel Yang Zheng. - AFP
