Qobolwakhe Sibande's performances for Stellenbosch FC haven't gone unnoticed, with indications that Kaizer Chiefs have recently enquired about the midfielder.
The 23-year-old has featured 21 times for the Stellies since his arrival and has been one of the stand-out performers.
"Sibande is being monitored by a few clubs, and the big one is that Chiefs is one of the clubs monitoring his progress," a source tells"The only stumbling block and the reason clubs have not made a formal yet is that the boy's contract with Stellenbosch is still left with two years. Amakhosi have since signed Stellies hardman Sibongiseni Mthethwa and are on the verge of landing former SuperSport United youngster Luke Fleurs.
