The Secretary-General's Chief of Staff, Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar, has urged all civil servants to take pride in their roles as ' government people '. According to him, if civil servants do not take pride in their work, how can they provide the best service to the public. He emphasized the importance of integrity, dedication, and providing the best service to uphold the honor of their roles.

Shamsul encouraged civil servants to wear uniforms and clothing with government logos prominently, as one might proudly wear a Google or Apple logo. He also mentioned that more than 250,000 civil servants have already undergone the Malaysia MADANI Civil Servant Training Module managed by the Malaysian National Academy (AKM) and aimed to reach 750,000 civil servants by 2026 and 1.4 million by 2030
