The family of a Missouri teacher who died in a crash with an Amazon driver is now suing, saying the deadly collision could have been prevented if proper safety measures had been followed by the company and state transportation officials.

Badrul Hisham is expected to be charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court on Monday morning, said his lawyer. He is expected to be charged under Section 500 of the Penal Code with defamation and under Section 4 of the Sedition Act 1948.Badrul had posted comments on Facebook claiming there was a plan to build a casino in Forest City to revive the US$100bil township in Johor.
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and officials of Berjaya Group and Genting Group have since denied a Bloomberg report alleging that Anwar had met Berjaya founder Tan Sri Vincent Tan and Genting Group chief executive Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay to discuss the issuance of a casino license for Forest City.
