Charlize Theron was at the SoFi Stadium on Sunday to experience the 2022 Super Bowl live and in person.

Alongside her was a man, that had social media abuzz. But the Academy Award winner shut down any rumours before they could spread like wildfire. Watching the Los Angeles Rams face off against the Cincinnati Bengals, the man in the grey cap is just a friend, she confirmed with a selfie of the two on Instagram.

"Super Bowl with my 'mystery man,'" she wrote, before adding:"Thanks for letting me borrow your hubby Ash." The star appears to be referring to Ashlee George, the Executive Director at Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project. She's been a part of her team for 15 years.
