UMNO dan PAS terus menggembleng tenaga melalui program bersama bagi meningkatkan persefahaman dan mengeratkan hubungan antara akar umbi kedua-dua parti, kata pemimpin dua parti itu. Siri ceramah sepentas atas tema penyatuan ummah itu menampilkan tokoh dari kedua-dua parti yang kini mula melupakan permusuhan politik masa lalu sebaliknya berganding bahu menuju cita-cita masa depan yang baharu, kata mereka.
