Police say surveillance equipment recorded the incident.
Police in Lancaster County are looking for a man they allege removed a friend’s car from a towing lot without paying and injured a tow truck driver while leaving.
Police said the incident happened late Sunday at the lot of Absolute Towing on Manheim Avenue in the township. Police allege Shannon ran over the tow truck operator, causing injury including a “severely broken leg.”
