Filipina cue artist Chezka Centeno bagged her first billiards’ world title by beating China’s Han Yu, 9-5, and topping the Predator WPA World 10-BALL Pool Women Championship 2023 on Monday in Klagenfurt, Austria.
The many-time Southeast Asian Games billiards gold medalist topped the 48-pool of the best pro women billiards players that included compatriot and former world champion, Rubilen Amit.Centeno earned her way to the finals following a pair of giant-sized triumphs, including an easy 9-2 upset win over defending champion Chou Chie-Yu of Chinese Taipei in the quarterfinals.
