The group of CDL-MFA Vega Property and CDL-MFA Altair Property has emerged as the sole bidder for the Zion Road (Parcel A) site, submitting a bid of $1.11b. GuocoLand (Singapore) and Intrepid Investments submitted a bid of $779.56m for the Upper Thomson Road (Parcel B) site.
