KUALA LUMPUR: Teenager Yap Xin Yuan was believed to have visited her boyfriend's house before she was reported missing in Cheras here.
However, the parents expressed suspicions when they were told she had arrived at a different time by Yap’s boyfriend. Her mother, 42, said she went to the boyfriend's house in the hope of getting more details about the daughter's disappearance a day after she went missing. Unable to get more information, the mother went knocking on the neighbours' doors and one of them provided the surveillance camera recording.
