alorgajah Penduduk Melaka mula membeli tong menyimpan air bagi menghadapi catuan air berjadual yang bakal dimulakan di seluruh negeri itu, Rabu depan.
Mereka terpaksa berbelanja antara RM50 hingga RM200 semata-mata untuk mendapatkan tong yang mampu mengisi antara 10 hingga 50 liter air berikutan bekalan air akan mula dicatu pada 10 pagi, 29 Januari ini.
Katanya, setakat ini Syarikat Air Melaka Bhd masih belum mengeluarkan jadual catuan air, namun jadual catuan yang bakal dimulakan pada 10 pagi, 29 Januari ini sudah tular di media sosial. “Bagaimanapun, bekalan air akan ada pada setiap hari Sabtu dan Ahad, iaitu pada 1, 2, 8 dan 9 Februari depan,” katanya.
Sementara itu, tinjauan di Kampung Bukit Darat, Tanjung Kling mendapati kebanyakan penduduk sudah mula membersihkan semula telaga yang pernah digunakan mereka ketika menghadapi gangguan bekalan air pada September lalu.
