Two billboards were torn down by unknown people in Pitas in the northern district of Sabah.
KOTA KINABALU: The archdiocese of Kota Kinabalu today distanced itself from the billboards promoting Holy Week put up in various places statewide.
It stated that the church is making efforts to reach the owners of the billboards requesting them to refrain from posting any message in the name of the church without prior approval.
