Covid-19 patients in Categories 3, 4 and 5 have gone down in states that have vaccinated more people, said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah. Read more at

Its director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the reduction has been observed in Labuan, Sarawak, Negri Sembilan, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, where at least 40% of the states’ adult population have been vaccinated.

Dr Noor Hisham said Covid-19 hospitalisations have also started to go down at Selangor’s Sungai Buloh Hospital.
