A 45-year-old man is facing harassment and stalking charges after making incessant calls to his ex-girlfriend, according to the Carlisle Police Department.
Upon investigation, police say they found that the victim's ex-boyfriend, Omar Gaines, paced back and forth outside of the house for over an hour. Police say they he had previously been warned to stop calling the victim on Oct. 24, when he'd made 131 calls.
