The sentence was handed down after Muhammad Barur Rahim Hisam pleaded guilty to four charges levelled against him.

Muhammad Barur - who is a caretaker of a children's home managed by Global Ikhwan Services and Business Holdings - was accused of using a cane and other forms of aggression to abuse the boys. The court ordered the sentences to run consecutively, which means that Muhammad Barur would have to serve out the decade.

According to the facts of the case Muhd Barur had abused three boys aged between 10 and 12-years-old.On Wednesday , Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said a man would be charged at Klang Sessions court on Thursday for allegedly abusing children in one of the care homes linked to the company."The suspect, who is connected with a viral video which showed children being abused at a care home linked to GISB, will be charged tomorrow," he said when contacted on Wednesday.
