Multiple buildings on Capitol Hill were evacuated Thursday as Capitol Police negotiated with a man claiming to have a bomb in a pickup truck outside the Library of Congress.
Snipers could be seen positioned around the Capitol as police continued to negotiate with the suspect. A pickup truck is parked on the sidewalk in front of the Library of Congress' Thomas Jefferson Building on Thursday.
