The man is currently in custody and the court heard there are fears he may serve a whole sentence before his guilt or innocence is determined According to documents tendered to the court, Kyrgios was able to help police track his car through an app on his phone, leading to the man’s arrest after a short pursuit by officers through Canberra’s northern suburbs.
