The local government of Camarines Norte has ordered suspension of classes in anticipation of aftershocks that might follow the 4.6-magnitude earthquake that hit the province.| MaAprilMierINQ /PDI

Phivolcs said the Intensity V was felt in Mercedes town; Intensity III in Ragay in Camarines Sur; Intensity II in Tabaco City in Albay, Iriga City in Camarines Sur, Guinayangan and Polillo in Quezon; Intensity I in Legazpi City in Albay, and Lopez, Gumaca, Mulanay, and Mauban in Quezon.Gremil Alexis Naz, Office of Civil Defense Bicol spokesperson, said no damages were reported in the affected areas.

Naz said the initial report revealed it was a 5.1 earthquake but it was later downgraded by Phivolcs to 4.6 magnitude.
