The Caloocan City government announced on Sunday, that it was able to provide 43,892 job opportunities to the city residents from July to December 2022, the first six months of Caloocan City Mayor Along Malapitan’s term as the city’s chief executive.

The Caloocan City government announced on Sunday, Jan. 8, that it was able to provide 43,892 job opportunities to the city residents from July to December 2022, the first six months of Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan’s term as the city’s chief executive.

Malapitan thanked the Public Employment Service Office of Caloocan City for their dedication in serving the residents by providing job opportunities for them. She also enumerated some of the city government’s initiatives that can help the people in making a living such as local recruitment activities, livelihood and skills training programs, and the Department of Labor and Employment’s Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers program.
