Melbourne's transport network is in chaos amid a construction bonanza, sparking calls for a road rule shake up to ease extensive delays.
Williamstown, Werribee and Sunbury passengers faced headaches commuting into work on Monday and can anticipate ongoing disruptions across all three lines until July 9.

Metro lines impacted over the next month include Cranbourne, Pakenham, Sunbury, Upfield, Craigieburn, Werribee, Williamstown, Frankston and Stony Point lines.
