KOTA KINABALU: Tougher policies and increased enforcement are needed to tackle illegal power tapping and meter vandalism in Sabah , says a consumer group.
He emphasised the need for consistent and effective policies from both federal and state governments. He said in some commercial areas, the meters are placed at public staircases, making them easy targets for tampering.
