Independent MP Kylea Tink says a “holistic review” of social support formats is required, alongside widescale tax reform, to afford the continued raising of unemployment payments such as JobSeeker.

“We get drawn into debating and arguing one particular element of it when what’s actually required is a holistic review of what

social supports are out there at the moment… widescale tax reform is essentially what we need,” Ms Tink told Sky News Australia.
