Secrist was charged with felony automobile homicide, driving under the influence, possession of drugs and paraphernalia, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, unlawful possession of liquor, and failure to stay in one lane.Maksym Vechirko, 35, of Sacramento, had been standing outside his Mercedes Sprinter van on the right shoulder of eastbound I-80 in Aragonite, Utah when he was hit, police said.

His children were identified as David, 14 years, Tanya, 12, Vera, 10, Dima 9, Maksim, 6, Mark, 4, and 2-year-old Samuel.
