PUTRAJAYA: The Cabinet will contact the Dewan Rakyat Speaker's Office over false statements made by members of Parliament during the past two weeks' debate on the Motion of Thanks for the Royal Address in the Dewan Rakyat.
"Insya-Allah, the Cabinet will contact the Dewan Rakyat Speaker's Office to make sure because there seems to be an attitude of issuing a statement first, then apologised,” he said at a press conference after attending the Cabinet meeting. "There is a contention as to whether there was any remorse. Do they understand that what was said was incorrect, either of Tasek Gelugor , Pengkalan Chepa or Marang ?”
