BYD Malaysia strengthens its commitment to customer satisfaction by expanding its service network and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
BYD is known for providing peace of mind to its customers, and this commitment is evident in its comprehensive after-sales service. The company operates 21 service centers across Peninsular and East Malaysia , 17 of which are dedicated BYD service centers. These centers are equipped with specialized EV tools and comfortable lounges for customers. They also offer expert body repair services through B&P facilities, ensuring that any road mishaps are quickly addressed.
BYD's centralized parts distribution center ensures minimal waiting times for parts. Furthermore, technicians undergo continuous training programs to maintain 100% certification. Pre-sales service is equally meticulous, with a dedicated PDI center in Puncak Alam performing rigorous quality assurance checks before delivery. All BYD vehicles come with a six-year/150,000 km vehicle warranty, an eight-year/160,000 km battery warranty (with full battery replacement if the state of health falls below 70% during the warranty period), and an eight-year/150,000 km drive unit warranty. Customers can reach BYD Customer Care at 1300-38-1888, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, for inquiries and roadside assistance, which is available 24/7 nationwide. Roadside assistance is offered in two tiers: Standard and Plus, catering to both low and high usage patterns
