BYD is entering the Malaysian luxury electric vehicle (EV) market with its Denza brand, partnering with Sime Darby Auto Imports as the official importer and distributor. The partnership aims to offer Malaysians a premium EV experience through innovative technology and features.

, BYD is bringing its Denza luxury brand to Malaysia , the move to do so now cemented with the appointment of Sime Darby Auto Imports as the official importer and BYD Malaysia as the official distributor for Denza products in the country.
