In a statement on Facebook, Dr Mazri congratulated Pakatan Harapan's Nazri Abdul Rahman for successfully winning the seat with a 3,514 majority."Do the best for the betterment of the people of Simpang Jeram regardless of their political views or race," he said in a Facebook post here. "Although victory was not on Perikatan's side, I am satisfied as we are able to increase the number of votes we received compared to the previous election.
