THE heavy vehicle lane at Singapore’s Tuas checkpoint remains closed this morning, following an accident involving a bus that saw one person killed and 16 others injured. The Immigration and Checkpoint Authority , in a 9am Facebook update, said traffic is congested due to the morning rush hour. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
