Valentine’s Day is when we celebrate our love. But what if you haven’t been so lucky in love? An Anchorage nonprofit has come up with a way for the unlucky to participate.
ANCHORAGE, Alaska -
For a donation, Bird TLC, a bird rescue center in Anchorage, will feed one of their educational birds a stand-in of your ex-lover — a mealworm or a rat — and tape the whole thing. It’s a promotion called “Love Hurts.” It’s all good fun and helps the center’s bottom line.
