Law student who was arrested years ago to run for Victorian Liberal Party seatSky News can reveal a young law student who was arrested four years ago is set to enter the race within the Liberal Party to fill a forthcoming vacant seat in the Parliament of Victoria. Melbourne University student Chris Kounelis was arrested following allegations of recklessly causing injury.
