Villanueva said: “Kung sakali pong may dumating na relatives hingi po kami ng consent na kung pwede po ipa-autopsy .” But, she noted, that among the 176 dead PDLs, 39 of them who were declared dead on arrival at the NBP Hospital have been autopsied by the National Bureau of Investigation .
