J-Hope will start his military service on April 18 by entering the Army Division A Recruit Training Center in Gangwon Province, Korean media reported on April 13.He will be receiving five weeks of basic military training before he is assigned to his own unit.
J-Hope will be enlisting as an active duty soldier. Last April 1, Big Hit Music, BTS’ agency, announced that “J-Hope will fulfill his required time with the military by enlisting in the army. Please note that there will be no official event on the day of his entry.”
