"The hype is real," one fan captioned screenshots of the announcement's domination across the social platform, while another wrote, "They literally announced that they're dropping an album, no details... just the name and date.. nothing else and there is already 5 trends.
Other members of the A.R.M.Y. quickly scrambled to look for Easter eggs and hints about the album's content in past videos of the K-pop idols. In fact, many pointed to V's recent revelation during a video interview that he began working out seven months ago -- as well as Jimin's startled reaction upon hearing the number -- as evidence that the clues to the album title were in front of them all along. is slated for release on Feb.
