Bryan Cranston gives an update about two of his most famous roles, offering details on the Malcolm in the Middle revival but dismissing a return to Breaking Bad. Frankie Muniz, the titular star of Malcolm in the Middle, shared in October 2022 that Cranston is working on a script for a revival of the dysfunctional family comedy. Cranston has more recently confirmed that talks have been underway when it comes to bringing back the popular sitcom.
