Justin Brownlee went on a personal 8-0 run inside the final 90 seconds to lift Gilas Pilipinas to shocking 77-76 upset against host China en route to booking a spot in the finals of the 19th Asian Games men's basketball on Wednesday night, October 4 at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Gymnasium.

Brownlee then, scored back-to-back threes from there, including one with a hand on his face that all but sealed the win, and vaulting the Philippines to gold medal round opposite Jordan.As Gilas players celebrate, Chinese players, particularly young big man Zhao Zhenlin and Zhao Jiwei bowed their heads, shellshocked by the sudden turn of events.
