Fresh pages from Brittany Higgins' unreleased memoir have been released as evidence in the Bruce Lehrmann and Network 10 defamation case. In the memoir, Higgins likened Lehrmann's smile to a 'Cheshire cat grin' and described his character as 'born to rule, Northern Beaches elite'.
