opened up about her struggles with self-esteem in a revealing Instagram video. The 37-year-old also shared what she does to combat those negative insecurities.
"Body language is everything!" she captioned the clip. "The way you speak to yourself and carry yourself can [affect] your mood ... I have self-esteem problems so I slouch ... These poses help me every day become stronger and it’s quite fun doing them." In the first video, she describes how working out has helped her feel physically better. "Basically what I'm going to do today with my gym coach is basically arch my back," she told the camera.
