BACOOR CITY, Cavite: Police operatives caught four people including a British national who is in the high-value target of the authorities and two brothers who are also included in the street drug watch list, Monday, March 27, at a parking lot of a North Molino Mall in Barangay San Nicolas 1 here.
The apprehended drug suspects who are all facing charges of Violation of Sec 5, 26 and 11 Article 2 of Republic Act 9165 have been identified as Nathan Colquhoun, 47, a British national and one of the high-value targets of the police; John Edric Kintanar alias Tol; his brother John Jacob Kintanar; and Shicille de los Santos, 39, all on the police's street drug watch list and are residents of
Bacoor, Cavite. In the report gathered from the office of Cavite Provincial Director Police Col. Christopher Olazo, it was around 9 p.m. when the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Bacoor Police laid a buy-bust scheme against the suspects. Found were six pieces of resealable ziplock containing marijuana kush weighing more than 20 grams. The money used in the operation was also recovered from the suspects.
