The tourist from United Kingdom was safely brought down and taken to the Ranau Hospital where her condition was reportedly stable.
The victim was placed in the EMRS vehicle before she was carried to the hospital Ranau Fire and Rescue Services Department Chief, Ridwan Mohd Taib, said the incident happened at a Sick Bay Panarlaban around 1pm, on Sunday.
