Britain secured 90 million doses of potential coronavirus vaccines from Pfizer, BioNTech and Valneva
The U.K. government has signed up for an additional 90 million doses of coronavirus vaccines being developed, including by pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and German biotech firm BioNTech, although an effective vaccine is yet to be found—a step which experts say is crucial in helping life return to normal.On Monday, the U.K.
The U.K. government previously signed up for 100 million doses of an AstraZeneca vaccine being developed by researchers at Oxford University, which is being made from a genetically engineered virus.
