Bretman Rock proudly raised the Philippine flag as he received a digital influencer award at the Unforgettable Gala's 20th Annual Asian American Awards.
The social media star shared about the achievement on Instagram, posting photos of his outfit from the night.💅🏽🇵🇭 thank you for having me, [Character Media] and honoring da Baddest for Digital Influencer award!" Bretman wrote.International print magazine Character Media gave the award to the Filipino influencer as he has always been an inspiration for showing his authentic self online.
"I was gonna stand here and lie to you guys about how I never saw myself on TV. That would be a lie because my mom always watched TFC when I was young and everything I absorbed on TV was Filipino people! I always saw myself on TV, so when people say like 'I never saw myself on TV,' girl, change the channel," he said on stage.
