The Supreme Court of Nigeria has slated Thursday, October 26, to deliver judgement in the appeals lodged by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party , Mr Peter Obi and his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party , Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
