Suhakam: Court of Appeal decision negatively impacts not only M'sian mother, but foreign-born children as well
I WAS totally surprised by the recent Federal Court ruling that road accident victims should be automatically compensated without having to sue insurance companies, as published in a news portal on Aug 9. The landmark ruling was delivered last week in a 140-page judgment that allowed appeals by eight different motorists, seven of whom were injured in crashes.
