Malaysia has sent a complaint letter to Vietnam over its alleged expansion of a South China Sea reef that both countries claim as their own, two officials told Reuters, in a rare bilateral escalation not involving China.
KANGAR: The Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department has identified 4619 flood-prone areas nationwide ahead of its preparations for the northeast monsoon season.

He also shared that the department recorded 273 misconduct complaints from 2019 to October 2024, including scandals or sexual harassment, power abuse, corruption and embezzlement.
