Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was stabbed multiple times during a break-in at his Mumbai residence early this morning. According to reports from Harian Metro, the renowned Indian actor sustained six stab wounds after grappling with the intruders. He was transported to the hospital at 3:30 am and is currently receiving medical attention. A spokesperson for the actor's wife confirmed that Saif Ali Khan is undergoing treatment following the attempted robbery at his home.
One of the injuries is near his spine, according to Niraj Uttamani, the hospital's chief operating officer. He revealed that Saif Ali Khan is undergoing surgery and the extent of his injuries will be known once the operation is complete. 'We will be able to tell the extent of the injuries only after the surgery is completed,' he said. Police have confirmed that a female domestic worker at the residence was also attacked and is receiving medical attention. An investigation is underway to apprehend the suspects.
