Three of the Bachchan family’s most famous members—Amitabh, Abhishek and Aishwarya Rai—have tested positive for Covid-19
NEW DELHI—The first family of Bollywood, the Bachchans, have been hit by coronavirus with three of its most famous members—including superstar Amitabh Bachchan—testing positive.
Mr. Bachchan and his actor son Abhishek Bachchan have checked into a hospital in Mumbai. Abhishek’s wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan—another giant of the Indian film industry and a former Ms. World—has also tested positive but is asymptomatic, authorities said.
