As the Rugby World Cup kicked off in France on September 8, locals are spreading the ‘gees’ by wearing green and gold. Residents of the Ridgeview Retirement Village showed that they are completely behind the Boks with a Bokkie Friday on the day the World Cup started. Wearing Springbok jerseys and celebrating with a Springbok cake, the senior citizens showed who they want to bring back the cup.
