(Reuters) - German chipmaker Infineon Technologies AG said on Thursday it has reached a settlement with Qimonda AG's insolvency administrator by agreeing to pay 753.5 million euros ($837.21 million), ending the long-pending legal dispute.
KUCHING: The body of the last victim who was reported missing in the boat-sinking tragedy in Sungai Kayan, Lundu, about 72km from here, has been found.
“The body was found by villagers, then taken by Sarawak Coast Guard members at 6.40am and handed over to the police for further action before being taken to Lundu Hospital,” he said, Bernama reported.
