MELAKA: The body recovered on the beach of Pantai Puteri in Tanjung Kling here has been identified.
Melaka Tengah OCPD Asst Comm Christopher Patit said the deceased, a 23-year-old worker from Myanmar, was employed at a factory in Ayer Keroh here since 2017.
"The body was identified by four female co-workers of the deceased comprising a local and three others from Myanmar.ACP Christopher Patit said the case has been classified as sudden death.Body of unknown woman found on Melaka beachPolice said the body was buried under the sand and the victim is believed to have died hours before being found.
